How to spot a Lead Fiery Red Energy:

  • These individuals tend to be extroverted – They are outspoken and bold and not afraid to give their viewpoint
  • They are goal orientated and often suggest new ways of improving how best to achieve them. They seek tangible outcomes
  • This leads to them being competitive as they want to do well in everything they do and know what the target is.
  • They come across direct and are quick thinking, they process information quickly and make decisions quickly and tend to stick to them
  • Which makes them strong willed, assertive, and courageous in their approach

How to manage a Lead Fiery Red Energy:

  • They have high expectations and are therefore demanding. Be sure to deliver what you say you will do and do it well.
  • A lead Fiery Red energy style is being direct with others; therefore you should mirror this and be direct and to the point in your conversations with them. If you waffle and take too long to get to the point, the lead Fiery Red will get frustrated and move on!
  • Be decisive. Don’t go to a Fiery Red with problems, go with solutions. A lead Fiery Red believes there are solutions to everything, and nothing is too big a challenge!

What a Lead Fiery Red Energy need to do more of:

  • Everything is managed at pace, sometimes they need to slow down to share thinking, so everyone else can catch up. It is important to take others with you
  • By slowing down, a lead Fiery Red energy needs to be receptive to questions. You are not always right, even if you think you are!
  • Be reflective – stop and consider your approach and how you came across. Did you manage the situation in the right way, did others understand where you were coming from? What can you do differently next time?
