What will I learn?

In this module we look at the core skills of category management and highlight the way this can transform your impact on your sales proposals. We will look at sales measures, how to translate into category insights and sales and then different examples of category thinking you can immediately apply to your business. You will learn the core skills required to be successful when engaging with customers with a category approach– translating your pitch into category measures, communicating this to your stakeholders to show them the opportunity for their business and looking at new ways to grow your business.

This module is the key for wide range of individuals. If you are new to category management this is the place to start to build a solid foundation before getting into more detail. For those with more experience this acts as quick refresher and a reminder of the core of the job and how it can deliver strong return for your business.
