In this module we look at the core skills required to build a solid foundation for engaging with customers. We will deliver this programme over two sessions and we recommend participants attend both.
In Part A, we look at the core skills and understanding you need upon which to drive your interactions with customers, looking at the language of customer profit and the DNA of Sales.
In Part B we will cover the ‘Core Selling Skills’ where you will learn the core skills required to be successful when engaging with customers – from identifying the key customer needs, setting clear objectives and the simple 4 Step Selling Process for success.
