Programme Overview:

In this session you will work through the toolkit to develop and deliver a robust, but simple customer business plan, that drives your focus across a whole year. As part of the session we will deliver tools and templates for everyday use.
This is practical hands-on and challenging. As with all of our modules, it will be interactive, engaging, challenging and the team will ask tough questions of you.

What will I learn?

In this session you will learn some tools, techniques and a robust process to build and execute a customer focused business plan. The session will provide an essential toolkit for you to use every day outside the session.

This module is for individuals in customer facing roles looking to engage more effectively with key customers. This is for the experienced sales practitioner who has mastered the core selling approach, and is looking to build deeper more impactful relationships. Completion of Module S1 – Core Selling Skills is essential before attending
