S2 – Understanding the Customer

Programme Overview:

In this module we look at understanding (in more depth) the needs and drivers of our customer, across a range of stakeholders.We explore how different KPI’s affect behaviour and interaction, and once you understand the key needs and motivations you will be better equipped to manage in a proactive rather than reactive manner.As with all of our modules, it will be interactive, engaging, challenging and the team will ask tough questions of you.

What will I learn?

You will put yourself in the shoes of your customer to understand how they drive their financial deliverables within their business. This means you can understand how to translate your business goals into their business goals.

Who should attend?

If you want to understand the key motivations of your customer, how and why they make key decisions, then this is the module for you.
Completion of Module S1 – Core Selling Skills is recommended before attending.
It is also Ideal for Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing & Marketing colleagues to gain an understanding of how their plans are met by the customer.
