Programme Overview:

In this module we explore the 5 Step Structure to plan for, engage with and execute in customer meetings. This structure is the backbone of meetings, whether they last 20 minutes or all-day. It is all in the planning, engagement and follow-up. As with all of our modules, it will be interactive, engaging, challenging and the team will ask tough questions of you.

What will I learn?

The module will cover the key ‘Steps of the Customer Meeting’ – moving from planning to execution, providing some simple tools and techniques to make your customer facing time more impactful and successful.

Who should attend?

This module is for individuals in customer facing roles, looking to get structure into the preparation, execution and follow-up with key customers. For those with experience, it’s a great refresher, for those with less experience this is essential if you want to build a successful sales career.
