Programme Overview:

In this module we explore how best to deliver your selling approach using Virtual Platforms, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams, and key customer engagement principles. Now more than ever, we need to understand how best to leverage this technology to great affect.  Our approach is underpinned by a 5 Step approach, to preparing, managing and succeeding at the Virtual Sell.

We will take you through how to take control of the virtual platform and create an engaging and effective experience, rather than just a socially distanced sell.
